Will it ever give clinical advice?

No. Receva never gives clinical advice. It captures the request, answers admin questions, and hands your team a complete message. Anything clinical is flagged for a human.

Is patient data safe?

Yes. POPIA-aware by design and built in Cape Town. Recordings are encrypted and sub-processors are disclosed.

What about medical-aid questions?

It captures scheme and plan details with the booking and answers the routine admin questions you set up. It will not quote benefits it is unsure of.

What if the caller needs something it cannot handle?

It takes a full message and hands it to your team, or transfers to a number you choose. No patient is left stuck.

Do I need to change my booking system?
